About our CEO
Born and raised in Baltimore MD, Sharron (Ms. Critique) Johnson has consistently poured into her community. From volunteering at youth programs in Maryland and Laurel. Since developing her own youth program, she has managed to live out her dreams of helping others. Her passion for fashion developed in her early years of high school producing her first fashion show in 2004.
She later went on to start her own modeling agency in 2005. Over time she began managing models, artists and personalities of all genres. She is currently attending UBALT with a major in Psychology and Business to implement mental health techniques in her own business. Ms. Critique is a licensed master cosmetologist, branding specialist and psychiatric rehabilitation specialist. She is an advocate for entertainment and mental health.
Founder of Critique Empire LLC, Critique Empire Magazine, The Glam Show, Co -Founder of The Tand T Holiday Foundation, Program Director for Power410Radio and former Branding Rep for The 1920 Social . Volunteer and partner for Bmore Loyal Foundation and Newly board member of The SWBA and Event Manager at UBALT for the SEB organization. Ms. Critique believes that with determination anyone can accomplish their goals.
By partnering with Power410 to create a safe and creative space (The Entertainment Hub) for creators, the goal is to help as many people turn their dreams into reality. Ms. Johnson is continuing to create new opportunities to spotlight industry professionals. Be sure to follow her new endeavor The Beauty Fashion Wellness Expo, which brings awareness to the importance of mental health in the community and entertainment industry.

About The T and T Holiday Foundation
Our Story
The Tand T Holiday Foundation was founded in 2018 by The Johnson Trio Sharron, Tynia and Tyonna. After volunteering at a community event Tyonna wanted to give back in her own way. The mother and daughters brainstormed and came up with a Christmas giveback event that later turned into the overall holiday event. We distribute toys, clothes, perishable food items and our goal is to put at least 5 families in a hotel for the Christmas weekend. With the help of family and friends we have managed to help our community each year. Thank you to all who has supported over the years.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower the youth to follow their dreams. We want to assist them in areas of talent, skill and education. With our partners by our side, we will accomplish this mission.
